IMROCOMAS PROJECT

“ Models for Professional Improvement and Social Development ’’

To έργο ‘Improcomas”, was funded by the European program Socrates- Grundtving and implemented through the educational partnership of three EU institutions: ΚΕΚ EUROTRAINING- Greece, Kaunas Region, Educational Center- Λιθουανία, Nesna University College- Νορβηγία.

The main objectives of the project ‘Improcomas” was the production of two models:

  1. Guidance on adult professional career
  2. Methods and methodology in adult education

In particular, the models were implemented through the following actions:

  • Analysis of the needs of teachers and adults in three countries
  • Establishment of groups working on model design
  • Test and evaluation of the original models through pilot courses which were held in each participating country
  • Meeting arrangements for the preparation of these models
  • Improvement and adaptation of models according to the needs of each partner
  • Translation of the final models in three local languages

The project was launched in August 2002 and was completed in August 2004.
